Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our fulfillment team springs into action. This window allows us to meticulously pick, inspect, and pack your items with the utmost care.

Please note that for personalized or made-to-order items, such as monogrammed pieces, additional crafting time is required before shipping. Any specific production timelines for such items will be clearly communicated on the individual product page. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping

For orders shipping within the United States, we offer standard shipping. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees, as occasional carrier delays can occur due to weather, peak volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We are thrilled to share NE Coast Style with customers around the world. We ship to a wide range of international destinations. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary significantly based on the destination country and are calculated automatically at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country upon import. These charges are not included in your item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential fees before placing an order.

Order Tracking & Communication

Your order’s journey is important to us. Once your package is scanned into the carrier’s system, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment’s progress. You can also view this information by logging into your account on our website.

We encourage you to use this tracking information for the most accurate delivery estimates. While we provide initial delivery windows, the carrier’s tracking system will offer real-time updates.

Shipping Address Accuracy

The responsibility for providing a complete and correct shipping address lies with the customer. Please double-check your address information at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping, which will incur additional shipping fees.

Transit Times, Delays & Lost Packages

All displayed delivery dates are estimates provided by the carriers. While we select reliable partners, NE Coast Style cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including but not limited to weather events, customs processing, logistical disruptions, or incorrect address information.

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., over 7 business days for domestic shipments), please contact us. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf to locate your package.

Package Acceptance & Inspection

Upon delivery, we recommend promptly inspecting your package for any visible signs of damage that may have occurred during transit. If the exterior of the package appears significantly damaged, you may note this upon receipt with the delivery driver. For any concerns about the contents, please contact our customer experience team within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes, Cancellations & Shipping Restrictions

Due to our fast processing speed to serve you better, we cannot guarantee the ability to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change, and we will make our best effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for fulfillment.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for orders requiring certain carrier services. Some products may also be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination country regulations.
