Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your NE Coast Style purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most eligible items for a refund or exchange within the specified return window.
Return Policy Overview
Most unworn, unwashed, or defective items in original condition with tags attached can be returned. All returns require authorization. Please note that final sale items, including items marked as “Sale,” “Final Sale,” or purchased with a promotion or discount code providing more than 20% off, cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please log into your account on our website and navigate to your order history. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions to generate a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label. Items returned without authorization may experience processing delays.
Return Windows
- Standard Returns: Eligible items purchased at full price may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Holiday Returns: For your convenience, we offer an extended return period for purchases made during the holiday season. Items purchased between November 1st and December 24th may be returned until January 10th of the following year.
Return Processing & Refunds
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return package to be delivered to our warehouse. Once received, our team will inspect the items. Processing the return and issuing your refund typically takes an additional 3-5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer’s policies. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, please follow the same process as starting a return and select the exchange option. If the requested item for exchange is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. We do not charge additional fees for standard exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer experience team immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid label for you to return the incorrect item.
International Returns
Return policies for orders shipped outside the primary service region may differ. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with the international return shipment. Refunds for international orders will be issued in the original currency and for the amount of the merchandise only, as displayed on the original order receipt.
